Technical information Industrial Evaporator Installations

The Evaporation Plant

Pracdcally all refrigerator built-in cupboards for use with mechanical refrigeration. These cabinets have been specially developed to increase the efficiency of cooling Cabinet with evaporators. The technician should know the theory of the circulation of air in the Cabinet. This is the basis for understanding what is going to happen during operation of the device. Following are the research on effective stalled and proper air circulation in the cabinets.

Deflectors surface or air ducts, which improve the efficiency of air flow through the evaporator and around the Cabinet. They direct the air flow so that he bore all around inside the box. No, dead air spots or patches of warm air.

Typical baffle the evaporator and the device is shown in Fig. 16-28. More cold air from the evaporator is made to flow down into the center of the Cabinet. Warmer air is routed to the wall and back to the evaporator. The design should be scientifically proportions to ensure air circulation without restrictions. Objects must not block the air flow.

Any horizontal partition or pallet must be isolated.

The upper surface can be in contact with the cold air, RUB the part of the septum can be in contact with relatively warm air. If it were not isolated, this temperature difference can cause condensation. Eddy currents (small circular flow of air) will also influence the flow of air into the Cabinet.

Somewhat puzzled evaporators natural convection type are often used. Air flow around the Cabinet, because of the relative weights (the difference in density), the cold air and warm air. Warm air is lighter per cubic feet volume and, consequently, rises in the window. This natural circulation must not be blocked or temperature will not be constant. Incomprehensible evaporators this encourages natural air circulation and speed. Partitions can also serve as a drain pan.
