Evaporator efficiency issues

• the air cooler, direct expansion fin block must be always free from dirt and slime, and adequately thawed if necessary;
• pipes in shell & tube evaporator must be cleaned in order to prevent fouling and corrosion (water, you may need treatment to reduce such problems);
