Two-pipe systems

Perhaps with the right selection of components for establishing a two-pipe scheme, which will be warm in one indoor unit and cool in the other. The outdoor unit is connected to the switchgear local band fan coils, and the direction of the gas and liquid flow is determined by the total load balance, whether cooling or heating. If the majority of indoor units call for cooling flow as follows. Disposal of gas from the compressor goes through the four-way valve outdoor coil and partially condensed high-pressure mixture of liquid and gas. The liquid is separated in the breeder and, after a two-stage pressure reduction, evaporates in the indoor unit and is returned in the form of low-pressure gas, through a control solenoid valve compressor. If any room for calls heating, solenoid valves change over the cooling coil and the closure of the " heating " electromagnetic opening. It recognizes the hot gas from the upper reservoir to the coil, where it gives its heat to the air and condenses. This fluid flows in liquid header distributor and can then go directly to the cooling unit.

If the increase in heating demand, flows are reversed.

Hot gas from the compressor runs directly solenoid valves, and therefore to each unit, to give their warmth, liquefy and pass back to the compressor to evaporate in the outdoor coil. Now if any unit wishes to cool, solenoid valves on this item and changes over fluids will be taken from the heater in the distributor, and take the form of gas, through the separator and back to the compressor.

It will be seen that the work of the two cooling and heat pump circuit is balanced and requires the electronic control of compressor and outdoor fan speed in order to pump the necessary amount of gas, and still maintain a working pressure...
