Evaporator Type

Many types of evaporators have been used in the mechanical refrigeration. However, two main types:

Air cooling evaporator is used for direct cooling of the air inside the Cabinet.
In liquid cooling evaporator is designed for cooling of liquid that can be used or used for cooling of other substances.

Air cooling evaporator is classified as " dry". This may be freeze, thaw, or nonfrosting type. Some air-cooled units forced circulation evaporators. Liquid cooling evaporators are of two types : underwater evaporator tube-in-tube evaporator.
