No CoolingThe Unit Does Not Start
Without cooling and the device does not work, the problem may be in the electric circuit. A test light or voltmeter shows, if power is being supplied to the engine.
If there is power, the engine can be burned or channel open. Inefficient temperature control can prevent the starting of the engine. (Ineffective temperature control may be a leak power element, for example.) Further scheme test can show a manual switch or overload in the Off position. Otherwise, the inner overload switch can be opened. If the compressor motor is hot, it can be a trouble. It should be checked indicator lamp or an ohmmeter. In fact, the problem is in the engine or from the electrical network.
