Technical information Industrial Installing an Absorption Refrigerator

Absorption chiller

Installation of absorption refrigeration depends on where it should be. It will depend on whether it is in the home, recreational vehicle, or for mobile equipment. Absorption refrigerator, like all refrigerators, moves the heat. Heat is transferred from the inside of the Cabinet office. This heated air should be removed from under the Cabinet. This will allow air cooler to continue to receive heat from the capacitors.

Kerosene, natural gas, or liquefied gas, the combustion forms carbon dioxide and steam. Both of these gases are harmless. However, if the burner does not light ail fuel, carbon monoxide can be formed. Carbon monoxide is a dangerous!

Gas supply line from the house of a gas pipeline in the refrigerator shall be tested for leaks. Use only soap suds! Gas pressure for adjustment of the minimum tlame and maximum flame should be carefully done. Water column pressure gauge is usually used. Cm. Chapter 21 for more information on gas fuel service. Electrical services should be carefully monitored.

Some codes of cities requires that the systems of safety of opening to the outside.

This prevents any possibility of refrigerant drain into the house. Inside the mechanism, liquids by gravity. Absorption unit must be carefully aligned, or the movement of liquids and gases will be uncertain. Some rooms have a level-indicating device. This facilitates the positioning during installation and for quick level checks during maintenance.

Due to the fact that the warm gases rise, the absorption of the cabinets must be sufficiently ventilated space. This disk space is needed, below, behind, and on top of the Cabinet. For a good air past burners, combustion products should be moved away from the Cabinet. Allow sufficient air supply and exhaust air for proper combustion, the condenser and the absorber cooling.

Capacitor, absorber, and chimneys of the block must be clean, to allow proper airflow and the flue gas flow. Capacitor, burners, and absorber should be cleaned at least twice a year. They can be cleaned or more often if necessary..
