Heat Load
Total heat load consists of the amount of heat to be removed from the Cabinet for a certain period. It depends on heat transfer (transmission) of the load and the use of heat (service) load. Leakage of the heat load of the total amount of heat that is seeping through the walls, Windows, ceiling and floor of the Cabinet in a unit of time (usually 24 hours).
Thermal burden is the sum of the following heat load per unit of time (usually 24 hours):
- Cool content to the temperature inside the Cabinet.
- Cooling air changes.
- Remove the breathing of heat of fresh vegetables and meat.
- Removing the heat emitted by electric lights and motors.
- Removing the heat allocated to people entering or working in the Cabinet.
