Thermal module load
The two main types of commercial refrigeration systems are packaged (unitary) and custom designs (split-systems). Embedded systems such as the ice machines or display cases, are supplied by the manufacturer of refrigerated space and all the components supplied in the Assembly. The manufacturer has chosen the correct evaporator and the condenser and developed by the Cabinet to handle certain cooling job.
"User " or "site engineering refrigeration units, such as walk-in refrigerators or more evaporator showcase. These devices require that a technician select components, such as evaporator and the condenser, which will be used for the specific application.
Custom cooling units require the technician to use a systemic approach to engineering, to understand the heat load unit you want to delete. Techniques need to select the correct balance components or system conformity to its purpose. Four main components that should be selected heat load, condensing unit and the evaporator and the whole system.
To install a thermal load, the technician should determine the total amount of heat that must be removed for each of the 24 hours.
The amount of thermal load is measured in BTU (British Thermal Units). The technician must determine what size condensing unit will be needed to handle the heat load. This is done when determining whether a device to launch 16, 18 or 20 hours out of every 24.
Evaporator capacity is also determined by the amount of heat load unit must handle. Evaporator can remove only the heat, while the condensing unit is running. Consequently, his ability is based on the same opening hours as the condensing unit.
Finally, the overall system should be considered. This includes water supply, temperature control devices, cooling line sizes, air circulation, and humidity.
