Refrigerant recovery and Utilization

Federal law has led to a reduction in the production of fully halogenated chlorofluorocarbon refrigerants. This law has created the need for refrigerant recovery and a complaint procedure. Freon R-12, R-22, R-500 and R-502 cannot be recycled from old or damaged cooling systems. Steam should be cleaned.

In the past refrigerants were released to the atmosphere. Instead, government emission standards in respect of chlorofluorocarbons prohibit this. The refrigerant is now restored and re-use control system recovery. The refrigerant is processed through two filters. These filters are available to replace the top of the device. Oil trap contaminated oil removes from the system refrigerant and can be drained, sight glass specifies the refrigerant condition after filtration and separation of oil completed. When the system is fully evacuated., this process automatically completes work on low suction pressure. The device does not have the internal capacity. It must be connected to the refillable bottles for storage.

Today reduces disposal of hazardous substances from oil separation and filtration. Many of these units are designed for pumping systems. Recycled refrigerants then returned to the same system.
