Installation Of Hermetic Motor-Compressors

Replacement hermetic compressor motor is usually furnished with the following:
  • The starting relay.
  • Capacitors.
  • Overload.
  • Other accessories.
Use the exact replacements. These motor-compressors are intended for low, medium or high low side pressure. Use the same type, as he retired. Refrigerant the hole closed with service valves. Otherwise, the device may be provided with the short ends of the tubes. These are welded in place, with the ends of corrugated pipes and solder. Carefully install the motor-compressor. Install manifold. (Use to charge the stubs or valve mounted on the suction and liquid line.) Evacuate the system. Charge with refrigerant evaporates enough to build 15 psi pressure. Leak testing and repair of any, if it is found. Evacuate up to 50 microns up to 500 microns range within a few hours. Then charge the system.

Turn the power switch on the rim of the engine, check the temperature, pressure and electric energy. If any operation is not normal, be sure to make a diagnosis. Then remedy it before leaving work. Delete sendee connections and solder these joints. Clean pad...
