Valves used in a direct expansion system

Pilot solenoid (valve B) in 1/8. ported solenoid valve, which is directly managed and suitable as a liquid, suction and hot gas, or pilot valve at pressure up to 300 pounds.

Solenoid valve is one piston, pilot-operated valve suitable for the suction of liquid or gas lines at a pressure of 300 pounds. It is available with 9/16. or 3/4. port.

Solenoid valve C is durable, pilot-operated, two-piston valve with spring return for a positive closure under the most adverse conditions. It is used for the discharge of the compressor, and for liquid and gas applications. The dual-pressure valve (D) is designed to work in two predetermined without pressure relief or adjustments. Only for the opening and closing of the solenoid pilot, it can support either low or high pressure.

Figure 10-8 shows the pilot light Assembly. It is put on the head, when it is important to know their status for Troubleshooting procedures.

Low temperature freezing the system of water is used to defrost drain pan shown in Fig.
