Technical information The refrigeration cycle Heating

Heating

Most air conditioning the building houses offices or used for similar events in the premises, and occupied periodically. The heating system should bring them to the working conditions to the time of work is due to start, so Heating must come into operation early to warm up the building.

A large part of the heating loads in the daytime for heating the fresh supply air, which is not needed before the occupation, and heating time may be shortened if the fresh air supply can remain inoperative for this time.

The required warm-up time depends on the environmental conditions, not being in cold weather, and the smallest-in the warm. Optimum start controllers are programmed for the construction of a warm-up characteristics and feeling inside and environmental conditions. Then they determine the required start-up period and start heating respectively.

Air cooling usually in a mass flow of about 0.065 kg/s kW) cooling load.

Normal heating load is less than the cooling load most of the time, and if it is full of air flow the temperature of inlet air will 30-32C below the temperature of the body and can give the effect of a cold draught, while the warmth comes into the room. Where possible, heating air flow should be lowered to give warmer air inlet. This is especially true for packaged air conditioners of all sizes, which can be installed for convenience than for better air flow.

In addition to moisten the air in the winter in the UK, as a rule, is not required except systems with the use of all air from the outside, or where a person with a severe respiratory diseases are placed. With winter temperature of 0C dry bulb, 90% saturation, outside air is pre-heated up to 25C, then 17% saturation, which can cause discomfort. However, if it is diluted with recirculated air, it is unlikely that the indoor relative humidity drops below 35% of saturation. Moisturizing is a 50% saturation allow a little below dry-bulb temperature (less than 0.5 K) to give a similar 266 degree of comfort, thus slightly reducing the loss of conductivity from the building fabric. However, due to the latent heat of this moisture evaporates and above the dew point (10.4with instead of 5C) with the increase of condensation on cold surfaces of the building and greater deterioration (see Fig. 22.1)...
