Liquid Cooler

Fluid cooler is one of the most effective systems of heating, ventilation and air conditioning for industrial applications (see Fig. 8-26). Keeping the cooled fluid and in clean, closed loop, it combines the functions of cooling towers and heat exchanger into one system. It is possible to provide improved operational benefits.

Liquid cooling coil suitable for cooling of water, oil and other liquids. It is compatible with the majority of oils and other fluids when carbon steel coils in the closed system under pressure. Each coil is made of solid steel pipes, formed in serpentine shape and cooked in the Assembly (see Fig. 8-27).

The full Assembly then hot dipped in liquid tin to revive him after manufacturing. Galvanized steel in rolls proved themselves over many years. Paints and coatings electrostatically applied сапЂt seem approach for electroplating inceasing coil longevity. Heat exchangers can be also made of stainless steel.
