Jet System Coolirng
Jet pump consists of a centrifugal pump and an ejector. It can replace the compressor in some air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Two applications include steam jets and refrigerant jets. The jet uses refrigerant R-ll or R-12 (or the last replacement refrigerants) as the working fluid.
Steam jet operation is based on the fact that water under high vacuum boils at a relatively low temperature. Tin causes evaporation is decreasing the temperature. Chapter 20 shows a table water at different temperatures of boiling vacuum and pressure. Water refrigerant in the system of this type. Therefore, only temperatures around 40 F (4C) possible. Exhaust steam from the steam pressure operating machine is often used for steam jet.
In refrigerant jet, vapour refrigerant under high pressure and temperature flows through the ejector nozzle capacitor. Chart air conditioning system refrigerant based jet pump. These units are used inefficiently and require a large capacitor for heat dissipation. This type of cooling system is in industrial plants, where it is warm.
Both of the above systems to see how energy savings can be included in the high waste applications...
