Room Solenoid Valves
Solenoid valves develop both electricity and refrigerant trouble. The electrical connections can be contaminated or free. If so, coil may not create enough magnetism to raise die valve. As a rule, the valve should be installed with the coil on top and valve level. If not, they may hold or chatter. Solenoid valves sometimes will develop a leaky needle and the seat. In this case, the valve must be replaced. It is important that the solenoid be adequate voltage and current rating. Otherwise, the coil may burn out. 120 V valve can not be connected to 240 in the chain.
To remove the valve from the system, use the same die pumping treatments for TEV...
