Control system

System, usually controlled either by a thermostat in the cooled space or secondary refrigerant, or by suction pressure. It is important that these tools do not enable the system to operate at a low temperature of boiling, than you need (thereby increasing the temperature rise, and duration).

There will also be a relief devices on most systems. They may include:

  • high-pressure switch connected to the compressor discharge, which will switch off the system high pressure exceeds the value (i.e.. safe level);
  • pressure-relief devices on the receiver, which will be open and allow the refrigerant to be saved, if the pressure exceeds the value (i.e.. before he builds to dangerous levels).
Some systems may have control of (often high pressure switch) for condensing pressure control and maintain it at a high level regardless of the ambient temperature. This causes the system to always operate at a high temperature Elevator, thus reducing the efficiency of the system.

Low-pressure switch is used on many systems to control the pump-down system and compressor shut-off if the application temperature down.

The solenoid valve on the liquid line is closed when the system reaches the desired temperature. The system carries out works until the suction pressure reaches installation of low-pressure compressor stops with liquid refrigerant, safely contained in the high parts of the system. Thus, there is no possibility of liquid refrigerant entering the compressor and causing damage.
