Refrigerating Systems. Throttling Devices
In practice, regulation devices, called either expansion valves or valves regulation, are used to reduce the pressure of condensation of the refrigerant high pressure from evaporating pressure (low pressure) regulating the functioning and regulation of liquid refrigerant in the evaporator to match the equipment and load characteristics. These devices are designed to share the rate at which the refrigerant comes into coil, that the rate of evaporation of liquid refrigerant in the Bay; the amount depends of course on the amount of heat removed from the refrigeration space. The most common throttling devices as follows :
Thermostatic expansion valve, Constant pressure expansion valves, The float valves, and The capillary tubes. Note that a practical refrigeration system may consist of a large spectrum of mechanical and electronic expansion valves and other flow control devices for small and large refrigeration systems consisting of thermostatic valves, solenoid valves, thermostats and pressostats, modulating pressure regulators, filter driers, fluid, indicators, check valves and valves for water, and moreover, decentralized electronic systems for complete regulation and control. ..
