The Process Pipes

The process of tubes are installed in the compressor factory as an aid in the dehydration plant and charging. They can be used in place of the suction tube, if they have the same diameter and wall thickness, suction tube.

Standard discharge tube mechanisms for Tecumseh hermetic compressors are shown in Fig. 9-67. Discharge tubes are, as a rule, in the same position in any model of the family. Suction and process tube positions may vary.
