The load on the air-water systems

These systems take account of the diversity of sensual heat input in cooling load. How much depends on how they are designed; for example, heat on the air side can negate some of the drop in the reasonable load caused by the fall of temperature of external air. The essence of such a system is that, thanks to the presence of some chilled water cooler coils in units such as fan coil units, each air-conditioned room, reduction and within a reasonable load can be solved by regulating the flow of cooling water through local coils.
