Capillary Tube. The Response Of The System

Capillary tubes are designed to work widi printing liquid refrigerant entering the port, to prevent couples from falling into the tube and reducing the flow of refrigerant die evaporator. This operational requirements for the design of the system, so it has a capacitor that has enough power to allow enough occur hypothermia. Based on these criteria, the capillaries experience the following performance characteristics:
  1. If the heat load and the temperature of condensation of the middle stable, refrigerant mass flow through the cap of the tube is equal to the flow rate through the compressor.
  2. When the load changes, or the temperature of condensation occurs, the pumping capacity of the compressor changes, followed by a corresponding change in the flow rate through the cap of the tube.
  3. As the flow through the compressor tube and cover change, evaporator and space temperature changes.
  4. When the system is stabilized, the evaporator and space temperatures take on new meanings and remain in these conditions, yet the load changes, or the temperature of condensation of breaking the system of balance.
Based on these characteristics cap tubes cannot be used in systems that must maintain a constant space or product temperature during all the load changes.

The following sections detail the changes diat occur in the cap of the tube system loading change or condensation on the environment occurs.
