The water cooler Cabinet, as a rule, sheet metal enclosure attached to a steel frame. Inside the sheet metal housing there is usually a condensing unit located near the floor. Above it is the water-cooling mechanism. The latter is only part of insulated with foamed plastic. Isolation, as a rule, is specially formed. It is between 1" and " 2" (4 cm, 5 cm in thickness. This Cabinet ensure easy removal of one or several parties to access the interior. Dispenser for water of the pool, as a rule, porcelain coated cast iron, porcelain coated steel or stainless steel.
Some water coolers also have a heater providing hot water. Some of them also feature a refrigerated compartment for storage of milk, soft drinks or food. Heat exchangers are often used for water coolers. Some use a low temperature waste water to precool of fresh water in the evaporator. Chilled water temperature is normally maintained in 50F (10C). The thermostat regulates the temperature of the chilled water.
Water cooler, which has supply and drain connections must be established according to the National Plumbing Code and local regulations.
Plumbing should be hidden. The manual shutoff valve must be installed in fresh water line. A drain pipe, at least, 11/4" (3 cm) in diameter, should be provided. Bubbler opening should be above the drain. This eliminates random pumping wastewater back into the aquatic system.
Tap water model uses different evaporator structures. Fig. 14-38 shown a combination of evaporator water-cooling tank. This design features a low profile design with a large touch pad makes it easy to use. Note the use in small hermetic compressors. Water temperature is set by the person checking cooler. In the heat treatment area of the plant, cooling water must be HUNDREDS to 55F (10C to 13C).
Several chillers water, instead of separate ones, are the most popular among certain applications. Bubbler construction may vary. These devices have one large compressor refrigeration supply for many "bubblers" (fountains). They are often used for large business structures, office building or a factory. Some water coolers use of Autonomous water supply. Large plastic containers of water supplied on a regular basis, are used for water supply. Cooling system should be similar to that used in other water cooler models.
