In the evaporator freeze builds frost consistently when using. It usually works on 5F (-15C) refrigerant temperature cut-out and 25F (-43C) refrigerant temperature inclusion. The machine must be turned off from time to time to get rid of the system of frost.

Frost that forms on the evaporator comes from the moisture in the air. This makes the air in the office dry. Dry air dries quickly food. If the refrigerant temperature is below 28F (4C), the thermal energy of a different kind is necessary to defrost the evaporator. Otherwise, the evaporator should be turned off longer than the normal cycle.
