High-Efficiency Furnaces

Furnaces were developed (since 1981) with up to 97%efficiency, compared to older type with an efficiency of 60 percent. Lennox Pulse is one of the examples of the types available. In G14 a series of impulses of combustion gas flow furnace provides up to 97%efficiency. Eight models for natural gas and LPG are available with the introduction of capacity 40 000 60 000 people, of which 80 000 and 100 000 BTU/H. the Device works on the pulse combustion principle does not require a pilot burner, the main burners, influenza, or chimney. Compact, standard size of Cabinet design, with side or bottom of the return air inlet allows the installation to the basement, utility room, or closet. Evaporator coils can be added, as well as electronic air purifiers and power humidifiers (see Fig. 2-16).


A Heat Pump Is A Combination Of

There are four ways to describe the thermal pump methods of transportation of heat in the house:
1.

Air-to-air: This is the most common method. This type of system, as described earlier.

2. Air-water: This type uses two different types of heat exchangers. Warm refrigerant flows through the tubes of the heat exchanger of the boiler. The heated water flows in the radiators located inside the heated space.
3. Water: This type uses two water heat exchangers for the refrigerant. The heat removed from the water source (water wells, lakes or the sea) and transferred to the refrigerant to water used for heating. The reverse occurs in the cooling system.
4. Air-water: water heat to it. It warms the refrigerant in heat supply systems of the heat exchanger. Refrigerant compressed into the upper part of the device, where the fan blows air in the past the heat exchanger.

Each type of heat pump has its advantages and disadvantages. Everyone should be properly supervised. This is where the electrical connections and controls are used to do the job properly. Before attempting to work on this type of equipment, make sure that you have a complete wiring diagram and know all the component parts of the system.
