Water Distribution System

All of the water flow in the evaporative condenser occurs only in its enclosure. The pump draws water from the sump, sealants and delivers it nozzles located above the refrigerant. Nozzle split the thread into a coarse fog, which falls on the die surfaces refrigerant pipes, covering diem widi a thin film of water to improve the process of evaporation. Evaporating water absorbs most of its heat to the temperature of the refrigerant vapor.

That is why the water does not evaporate, feels great temperature rise and falls back into the sump. The amount of water that circulates through the condenser, enough to keep the surface of the tube got wet through to get the maximum heat transfer efficiency and speed reduction of limescale. Water consumption rates in excess of the amount required for adequate wetting pipes to increase the capacity of the pump without correspondingly increasing the capacity of condensers.
