Medium pressure condense

Technical information Industrial Condensing Pressure

Condensing Pressure

Condensing pressure saturation pressure that corresponds to the temperature of the liquid-vapor mixture in the refrigerator. The compressor is not running, the temperature of the refrigerant in the condenser is equal to the condensed medium. Consequently, corresponding to the high pressure side are relatively low. When the compressor starts, steam, which is applied to the capacitor, not immediately begin to condense. This reaction is a consequence of the time interval that occurs as a required temperature differential, forming between the refrigerant and condensed medium. This temporary difference between the flow rate at the inlet and outlet of the condenser reasons for the high-side pressure increase. It rises to the appropriate temperature saturation vapour is high enough to cause the correct speed heat to the secondary condensation. When the system reaches a state of equilibrium vapor entering the condenser will condense course that remains to die rate of heat is absorbed by the refrigerant. Therefore, the condenser pressure is stabilized, remaining more or less constant during die remainder of the business cycle.

Condensing Units

A condensing unit includes a high-side components of the steam-compression refrigeration machines, except for the liquid line and measuring device.

Compressor, condenser and receiver tank are often combined in one compact device. This Assembly is called a condensing unit, because its function in the vapour compression refrigeration system for condensation of the refrigerant vapor arriving at the compressor inlet in the liquid state. Condensing units are often classified according to die condensing environment, used in the process. A condensing unit using the air as condensing mean is called air-cooled condensing unit. Similarly, condensing unit which water, as die-condensing environment water cooled condensing unit.
