Evaporator repair is usually limited;

Repairing leaks.
Repair or replacement of hardware,
Straightening fins.
Replacement thawing elements.
Repair or replacement of the hanger.
Repair or replacement of the fins and/or motors.

Where leaks occur, completely eliminate this part and cleaning of surfaces. If this solder repair. Always anneal an old pipe before burning. The plates can be corrected by a fin comb or wide-jaw pliers. Electrical defrost items should be checked for continuity. Terminals and insulation should be checked. Rusty or curved hangers and violence hanger mounting bolts should be replaced.

Check the following:

Fan and vibration motor.
The tightness of the fan motor shaft. e Motor end of the game.
Engine bearing wear.
The lubrication.

Small defective engines must be replaced. More powerful engines can be rebuilt. All parts must be cleaned prior to Assembly. Tyres evaporator, usually present at work. If leaks were eliminated, the evaporator must be leak tested to install it.
