Commercial Evaporators
Clients a wide variety of refrigeration applications. Therefore, a special evaporator design is needed for many installations. They range from the rolls, tubes, immersed in the sweet water bath to forced circulation evaporators. In these, the air is blown with a fan with the engine.
Evaporators can be divided into two main groups:
- Those used for air cooling; in turn, the air cools what is in the Cabinet,
- Those immersed in the liquid, such as brine or drink.
Evaporators for air cooling are two basic types:
- Natural convection.
- Forced convection.
The natural air convection, evaporators, air circulation depends on the gravitational and thermal circulation (Gravity circulation by warm air rising and cool air descending.) Natural air convection cooling, evaporators, are divided into three classes:
- Glaze.
- Thawing.
- Nonfrosting.
