Check valves
Some cooling systems are designed in which the refrigerant liquid or vapour streams from multiple components, but should never flow back through the given line. Non-return valve is required in such facilities. As its name implies, check valve, cheques, or prevents the flow of the refrigerant in one direction, while allowing the free flow in the other direction. For example, two of the evaporator can be managed through a unified system of condensation. In this case, the non-return valve must be placed on a line with the lower temperature of the evaporator to prevent suction gas from the high temperature of the evaporator from the entrance to the lower temperature of the evaporator (see Fig. 11-55). Check valves are designed to eliminate vibration and give maximum flow of the refrigerant, when the unit is operating. If the spring tension enough to overcome the weight of the disc, the valve can be mounted in any position.
