Grounding The motor frame must always be connected to the local earth circuit. The most important thing is to make sure that the flexible grounding strip, between the engine and the cradle is not violated and that proper connection. When water cooling participate under no circumstances should water pipes used for grounding. Lubrication The motor bearings should be lubricated during installation or replacement. For the bearings, the use of high quality light oil products; ball bearings use natural mineral grease. Do not apply excess oils or fats because excess lubricants can damage the switching of windings and mechanisms. Not allow oil to contact the engine mount rubber pads. A small drop of oil should be applied rotary rod. Bearings Worn bearings, probably, will be manifest in the form of hum or rattle from the engine. At the end of the play must not exceed 0.25 mm If shims are used to address a gap or take to wear, they should not be installed on one carrier.
