Packaged units
Factory-built self-contained system is very familiar in the form of appliances and retail divisions, such as vending machines, water coolers and display cases and counters. Although large systems may need to be finally assembled in situ, groups of components can be easily delivered in the form of pre-assembled units, and it is an exception to the system built on the order of individual components, except for large industrial installations.
The main advantage of packaging is to cut costs, because a high proportion of the total cost of the cooling or air-conditioning system of work which can be carried out more quickly, efficiently and under the control inside the plant, and not at the place of installation. There are other advantages, including:
- the right choice and balance components
- factory control system purity, integrity, and in some cases charging
- inspection and testing of the finished block before it leaves the factory
- Delivery of the object is complete and in working order, that allows customers avoid delays materials
- fimplified site installation, with minimal loss, inconvenience and cost.
possible disadvantage is that the size of the range of available packages may be limited, but the order of packets is often possible.
There is a risk of misuse, and care should be taken to understand the functionality of the package and its limitations. Complex use of data, usually available for all sold complete units, to designers, sales engineers to make the right choices for their own purposes. Errors in the application of stem mainly from a lack of understanding of the requirements and trend of buying at the lowest price, without the protection of a clear specification.
