Solenoid Valves

The main goal of the electric actuator solenoid valve for control automatically) fluid flow, fluid or gas. There are two main types of electromagnetic valves. The most common is a normally closed (NC) type in which the valve opens when the coil is energized and closes when the coil is de-energized. Another type is normally open (NO) is a valve that opens when the coil is de-energized and closes when the coil is energized (see Fig. 6-22).
