Valves and regulators for Gas Defrosting Ammonia Evaporators Type

The following valves and controls are used in the hot gas defrost systems ammonia evaporators type:

Hot gas or pilot solenoid valve. Valve 1/8. ported solenoid valve. This is a direct operated valve suitable as a liquid, suction, hotgas, or pilot valve at pressure up to 300 pounds.

Suction of liquid or gas solenoid valve. Suction-solenoid one piston, pilot-operated valve suitable for suction on liquid or gas lines at pressures up to 300 pounds. It is available with 9/16. or 3/4 inch. port.

Pilot solenoid valve is controlled. Valve one piston, pilot operated solenoid valve is used as a positive shut-off valves for applications above 30F (34C) on gaseous or liquid.

Pilot-operated two-piston valve. Solenoid valve is durable, pilotoperated, two-piston valve with spring return for a positive closure under the most adverse conditions. It is used for the compressor station, fluid intake, and hot gases.

Gas solenoid valve. The gas solenoid valve is the power piston valve that uses high pressure to force open the valve, control valves.

Dual-control valve. Dual-control valve is designed to work in two predetermined without pressure relief or adjustments. Only for opening and closing of the pilot solenoid or low or high pressure setting is maintained.

Reinstalling the safety valve. Closed safety valve, as a rule, is used as a relief for the regulator to maintain the required pressure in the system.
