Refrigerating Cycle

Machine compressor is constantly attracting a large number of refrigerant vapors from the refrigerator, in the amount determined by the size of the guide opening. This compressor suction reduces pressure inside the refrigerator, which allows the refrigerant liquid to a boil vigorously, at a fairly low temperature [as a rule, from 30 to 35F (1 to 2C)].

The liquid refrigerant gets the energy needed to change vapor removing heat from the water in cold pipes. Cold water can then be used in Air conditioning process.

After extracting the heat from the water vapour refrigerant enters the compressor first stage. No, it is compressed, and flows into the second stage of the compressor. Here it is mixed with flash gas economizer and further compressed.

Compression, the temperature of the refrigerant is higher than the water flowing through the condenser tubes.

When the warm [usually 100 to 105F (38 to 41C)] of the refrigerant vapor contacts condenser tubes, relatively cold water condensation [as a rule, from 85 to 95F (29 to 35C)] - removes some of the heat and the steam is condensed into a liquid.

Further heat dissipation occurs in the group of condenser tubes that make up a thermal economizer. Here, condensed supercooled liquid refrigerant in contact with steep condenser tubes. These tubes, which contain water entrance.

In supercooled liquid refrigerant flows into the high side of the valve in the chamber. The chamber supports the appropriate level of liquid in the heat exchanger and the counters of liquid refrigerant in flash economizer chamber. The pressure in the chamber is an intermediate between the condenser and cooler pressure. At this lower pressure, some of the liquid refrigerant is blinking, gas, cooling the remaining liquid. Flash gas, absorbing the heat comes right back to compressorР‚'s second stage. Here it is mixed with gas already compressed the first stage impeller. Since the flash gas must pass through only half of the cycle of compression to achieve condenser pressure, there is energy savings.

Refrigerated liquid refrigerant in the economizer is measured on the low side of the valve camera in the refrigerator. Because the pressure in the cold lower than the pressure economizer, some liquid flashes and cools the rest evaporator (cooler) temperature. The cycle is completed.
