The Evaporator Pressure-Regulating Valves

The evaporator pressure-regulating valves is an effective means of balancing the system capacity and load requirements during periods of low usage. In addition, they are able to maintain various conditions of the evaporator on the multi temperature of the system. The main function of this valve to prevent the evaporator pressure from falling below a certain value at which the valve has been installed.

Control of pressure in the evaporator when Cycling compressor / thermostat, or some other way is quite adequate in the majority of refrigeration systems. Control of pressure in the evaporator also control the saturation temperature. As the load drops, evaporating pressure starts to decrease and the performance of the system falls. These valves automatic control of steam supply on the outlet of the evaporator. This provides the required minimum pressure in the evaporator. As the load increases, the pressure will rise above the boiling installation of the valve and the valve opens on.
