Refrigerator Commissioning. System of restoration of the refrigerant

Fig. 115 symbolizes the portable refrigerant recovery unit currently, within the refrigeration industry.

The compressor is open piston type drive from 1.5 kW single-phase electric motor actuator. Message oil separator is installed in the discharge line. Oil return float control and solenoid operated check valve, which is powered by the delay timer.

Normal finned air-cooled condenser has 75 W fan motor. High-pressure control is set to loop fan 150 psi (10 bar) cut-and 120 psi (8 bar) cut. Fan control regardless of the compressor control and will continue to work the stop of the compressor.

The receiver is capable of storing large enough amount of liquid refrigerant, equipped with a sight glass. This means that the receiver is full when the liquid level is halfway up the glass.

The safety valve is built into the receiver and set at 400 psi (26.5 bar). Liquid discharge drain valve allows the receiver via a standard hose.

A crankcase pressure regulator installation for manual operation of compressor suction to give 9.5 amps maximum load on the engine. Suction valve isolates the intake manifold from the recovery. Collector has three hose to several unions connection to various parts of the system from the system to restore them.

Balance valve, related to both high and low sides of the system can be opened to allow:

1. The device will be operated on simulating load to set the current load on the engine.
2. In compressor to start unloaded.
3. Simplicity of the device evacuation replacement refrigerants.
4. Mechanical cleaning of the air.

Standard glycerin, hydrated mixture, and pressure gauges for measurement of pressure in the system.

Suction filter drier contains a burn-out of the core and serves as the suction boiloff reservoir should small amounts of liquid refrigerant transmitted through the unit. It also allows any oil is removed from the drain of the refrigerant through the intake filter, drain valve standard hose.
